The Purchasing Card (PCard) program at the University of Florida has proven to be the most efficient/convenient means of purchasing smaller dollar commodities and/or travel for official University business.  PCards are only for official, University-related business. You must complete PCard certification training before a University of Florida PCard can be issued.

PCards are only issued to employees in good standing.  The employee must be authorized by their Dean, Director, Department Chair (DDD) or their designee to have a PCard before it can be issued.  The PCard training contained within this site is provided as an ongoing resource for training and reference by employees who are PCard cardholders, reconcilers, and/or approvers. There is an index which can be used for reference after you complete training.

Things every Cardholder needs to know (required for all Cardholders)

Commodity Training
(required for Gasoline, Commodity Only, and Commodity & Travel)

Travel Training
(required for Commodity & Travel and Travel Only PCards)

Commodity & Travel PCard applicants are required to take both the Commodity and Travel training.
